Once upon a time there were six blind men. The first man touched the elephant's body. It felt hard, big and wide. 'An elephant is like a wall', he said. The second man touched ome of the elephant's tusks. It felt smooth and hard and sharp. 'An elephant ist like a spear' he said. The third man touched the elephant's trunk. It felt long and thin and wiggly. 'An elephant is like a snake' he said. The fourth man touched on of the legs. It felt thick and rough and hard and round. !An elephant is like a tree' he said. The fifth man touched one of the elephant's ears. It felt thin and it moved. 'An elephant is like a fan' he said. The sixth man touched the elephant's tail. It felt long and thin and strong. 'An elephant is like a rope'. Companies and their markets are complex entities. It is almost impossible, to gather all characters and relations between the elements by disciplines of an economist, natural scientist, engineer or a humanist, because every of these disciplines concentrating on single aspects, accent special characteristics and fading out others. Nevertheless it must be the purpuse to find the best decision in such conflict situations however, that means, the best answer should find out the best solutions are possible. Given that any and every possible answer depends from the particular individual background of the decision maker, his social conventions as well as his job-related contexts and experiences, a wise strategy should be in that, to capture, to evaluate and to structure facts of the case so holistically as possible to develop in grasp of conflict and cooperation a »best practice solution« as the best solution of all possible decisions.
